Solo Traveler
The hotel (resort) was very good as one would expect from the Hilton name. Room was excellent and the presence of a gas fired fireplace was an interesting feature - and a nice room heater when needed. Service was top notch. We very much enjoyed our stay here. The only negative thing which I think Hilton should reconsider is their extra charge for use of the internet and the spa facility. It is fairly common today to get internet access included in the room price even in far cheaper hotels. The very small fee they also charge for use of the spa facility is irritating. Both of these create an impression of cheapness and are kind of two bit like. I am sure that they could incorporate these charges into the room price - I for one expect that kind of a thing from Hilton. ...read more

Traveling as Couple
The front desk staff was friendly and very helpful recommending a place for dinner.
Room was located right next to the cleaning crews quarters and they woke us up every morning yelling down the halls. We did spend the day at the spa on Saturday which was amazing, restful, and extremely relaxing. Would I stay here again? Yes, but I would try to request a quieter room. ...read more

Family with Young Children
This hotel far surpassed my expectations. We really enjoyed our stay. I had to work one day in the hotel and it was very comfortable for work. I also spent two additional days on vacation and we were completely comfortable. The rooms were comfortable with a young child. The dining was excellent. As an IT employee, wireless Internet costing $15 a day is a big deal breaker. Also no free breakfast. Come on, the cheap hotels have both of those amenities.

Few 3 stars and above hotels in the area. This hotel was good after a long day of driving. I just wanted to get into a clean room and unwind. Hotel room was very spacious and comfortable. Only drawback about this hotel is the location. It is quite far from the uptown area (tourist).
